Personal Training – Work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer to set realistic, achievable goals. One-on-one training offers more flexibility with regards to scheduling. The trainer will create a personalized, safe and effective program. Two to three sessions per week is recommended in order to stay motivated to develop consistency and experience results. Personal training is always a good choice or people with special considerations such as rehab, chronic pain from low back, neck, shoulders, knees, and diabetic, osteoporotic and severe cases of osteoarthritis. As well, it is beneficial to have open lines of communication with a client’s other healthcare providers such as doctors, chiropractors and physiotherapists.
